Leasing Account Executive

We are looking for a poised and driven Account Executive to expand our commercial lease portfolio, who is bright and enthusiastic individuals to lead the way. With a focus on solution selling to new accounts, you will use your natural skill set to educate prospects on the benefits of leasing and our other comprehensive solutions. Captivating on the phone, our Account Executive is about creating solutions and tailoring a plan for each business. With a deep understanding of the business needs, you develop relationships with our clientele beyond that of a Salesperson, but that of a Business Expert. Our Account Executives are comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating on projects internally while advocating for their customers.

Account Executives' main focus:

• Driving for new opportunities via cold calling, in person drop-ins, marketing promotions and referrals

• locating, qualifying, creating custom proposals and closing new opportunities in a professional and dynamic way

• Managing all steps of the sales cycle and providing value at each step

• Effectively managing time and correspondence in CRM

• Developing dynamic and tailored proposals of Somerville and our products. Presenting their proposals and managing all objections with ease

• Learning and growing knowledge of our products and associated administrative requirements

• Striving to connect in a meaningful way with all clients, and create a point of difference within the market
