As a Somerville Hino Parts Delivery Driver, you exhibit a high level of professional conduct and outstanding customer service at all times. Your driving record is spotless and you are dedicated to providing safe, timely and accurate parts deliveries. You can follow directions, but you are also able to work independently and are a problem solver; unusual delays or problems won’t deter you. 

What else makes you a great fit for this role? You can: 

● Transport and handle parts, including loading and unloading of product.

● Complete logs and reports (delivery log, gas receipts, customer visit logs) and collect payments for goods, ensuring signatures are received and the proper paperwork is submitted properly in readable form. 

● Be counted on as a team player by assisting in maintaining the parts department, shop cleanliness and inventory counts. 

● Show your pride and attention to detail by performing pre-trip inspections, preventing vehicle damage and maintaining company vehicle appearance ( Interior wipe down, daily car wash etc.)

● Map out routes to be as efficient and productive as possible, without depending on the 407 to get you where you need to go

● Ignite interest by informing your customer of any specials or current deals being offered.

● Complete your online HMC-supplied training modules by the timelines set by your Supervisor (Assistance will be given if requested). 

● Lift 50 lbs. for short periods of time. 

● Proudly wear your Somerville attire. 

● Perform other tasks requested by the Parts Manager/ Parts Supervisor
