As a Somerville National Leasing Account Manager, you are a highly motivated and organized self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to support our Customers and Account Executives alike. Your immense professional conduct and outstanding customer service drives you in everything that you do. When people have questions; you have the answers.

What you’ll be doing?
â— Assisting in day to day administrative requests by clients, such as buyout requests.
â— Engaging with our clients 6 months prior to their vehicle leases expiring.
â— Building quotes and proposals for our Account Executives.
â— Assisting with preparing and performing client meetings and annual reviews.
â— Working with the Client Care Specialist Team on prioritizing administrative requests.
â— Assisting in dealer interactions and vehicle sourcing for clients.
â— Learning about our additional products and services and assisting clients who request additional information.
â— Delivering Quarterly Communication to our existing clients to ensure that they have an additional contact point inside the business.
â— Communicating openly and collaboratively with all Somerville departments in an effort to serve our customers better (that’s our “one-team” mentality).
â— Upholding the Somerville brand, values, and ensuring that all interaction and conduct is courteous, professional, and compliant at all times.
