Buying a Brand New Car vs. Certified Used Vehicle?

By: Brenden Somerville   |   14 Jan 2014

Financing a new vehicle has become more expensive for Canadians now more than ever before, according to the Globe and Mail’s car expert, Jeremy Cato. This means that used cars are becoming a popular option for many people in Toronto and especially across the GTA, but the uncertainty of a used vehicle purchase can heighten the stress of looking for your next car. Keeping in mind that 29% of all used vehicles ads in Toronto in 2012 were posted by by unethical curbsiders, many consumers find their concerns over buying a used car are not worth the possibility of saving some money and they’d rather go with the security of having a new car. It can take a lot of time to find the right used vehicle with the specs you’re looking for, and a number of our customers find that pre-owned is simply not for them.

We do, however, find that a growing number of our clients prefer used cars to lease or buy, and our job is to provide a safe, reliable and hassle-free experience. Feel free to regularly browse our inventory of pre-owned vehicles, which is always changing, or if you have a specific make or model that you have in mind, give our sales staff a call and let them know what you’re looking for and they can keep an eye out for you, saving you both time and money.
