2018 Auto Shows Near the GTA

The GTA is a great place to be if you’re a car lover. We’re passionate about automobiles of all shapes and sizes, and so are many of our customers. With the year coming to an end, it’s time to look ahead to 2018 and mark your calendar for some truly awesome car shows that are within driving distance of Toronto. Here are a few auto shows you may want to check out in 2018—we hope to see you there.

North American International Auto Show (NAIAS)

Detroit isn’t a far drive, especially when you and your buddies are heading to one of the biggest auto shows of the year. That 3.5 hour drive is going to fly-by. So talk to your friends and decide whose vehicle you’re going to take to this important event running Jan. 13 – 28. The home of the big three automakers is the perfect place for new vehicle unveilings, technology demonstrations, and mingling with other car lovers.
 

Montreal Auto Show

Right around the same time as the NAIAS is the Montreal Auto Show (Jan. 19 – 28), celebrating its 75th year. If you’re looking for a bit of a longer road trip, head to Montreal’s Auto Show and take-in some impressive new vehicles, test drive some awesome cars, try out the virtuality reality experience, and enjoy everything Montreal has to offer. With plenty of ski hills in the area, make the Montreal Auto Show a stop on your way to the slopes.
 

Canadian International Auto Show (CIAS)

The CIAS is back for 10 days this February ( Feb. 16th – 25th). Each year Canada’s biggest and most recognized auto show takes place right here in Toronto. The CIAS will see thousands of automotive enthusiasts flock to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre for over a week of automotive fun. New vehicles we be unveiled, advanced technology will be demonstrated, big announcements from automakers will take place, and you’ll have a blast.

Importfest

Import Fest returns to Toronto on July 28th, 2018 and we couldn’t be more excited. First established in 2001, Importfest has grown over the past 25 years and is arguably our favourite car show. We’re always excited to take part in this awesome event that sees thousands of import and exotic car lovers from all over North America flock to the GTA for what organizers call “Canada’s Biggest, Baddest Car Show”. Amazing cars and awesome entertainment make this a must-attend event for import and exotic cars lovers.
